His exceptional technical leadership and expertise were evident as he spearheaded the development of MPulse’s last seven major software releases. In addition to overseeing all aspects of running the business, Randall played a pivotal role in the acquisition and merger of multiple related companies.

Throughout his career at MPulse, Randall held various responsibilities, steadily progressing from an entry-level sales position to the esteemed role of President. With an unwavering commitment to pushing the boundaries of industrial technology and delivering exceptional results, he established himself as a trusted expert in the industry.

Prior to joining MPulse, Randall honed his skills in the residential and industrial construction sectors, gaining valuable experience and a unique perspective on information technology in industrial and facility settings. His portfolio of successful maintenance management software implementations spans across diverse industries, including higher education, basic manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, energy, defense, food processing, hospitality, and healthcare.

Beyond his professional achievements, Randall finds inspiration in his international travels, appreciating diverse cultures and experiences. He also pursues his passion for fly fishing and indulges in the performing arts as an accomplished amateur actor, regularly participating in community theater productions.
